Our integrated management system is certified by TÜV Nord to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. IATF 16949 confirms that our processes meet the demanding requirements of the global automotive industry, while ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 reflect our commitment to protecting the environment and using energy responsibly.
What this means for you: consistently high product quality, full compliance with your individual specifications, and complete traceability of every coil and spool – from melting to dispatch.
Environmental statement
Messingwerk Plettenberg has been certified to the international environmental management standard ISO 14001 for several years.
In 2012, we were also certified according to the energy management standard ISO 50001. We are aware of our responsibility to protect natural resources and the environment.
Voluntary implementation of and compliance with this standard ensures the optimal use of energy resources and also improves our business activities in terms of environmental compatibility.
In order to meet this requirement, we offer our customers free packaging and containers, for example. Quality products require stable, high-quality packaging. That is why we offer reusable wooden packaging wherever possible. It helps to reduce waste, enables sustainable production and conserves natural resources.
